TypeBarometric Preessure sensor
The primary focus in the development of the new ECO-line was placed on the essential functions of the measurement technology.
The heart of the instrument – the sensor – is a high-class component – which excels in this instrument class.
The high reliability, speed and precision of the ECO-line variants, packed in a compact and water protected housing makes the instruments an ideal partner of industry and craft sector, Made in Germany.
ECO 230 – The reference class in pocket size.
For fast measurements in meteorology, aviation and motor sports, hiking, cycling and many more.
Fast, precise and high resolution:
Resolution 0.1 hPa (mbar) and resolution of the altitude display derived from pressure 0.1 m!
As a reference for countless devices with integrated barometric sensor.
Barometric sensors are used in countless applications: examples are vehicles with combustion engines (air pressure as an important parameter for engine control), altimeters (calculation of altitude using barometric altitude formula), navigation systems, smartphones and of course in weather stations.
But is the absolute pressure displayed correct?
Thanks to optional calibration certificates the barometer can serve as a perfect reference instrument for checking the actual accuracy of corresponding devices

BrandSenseca
Input Impedance0.5 to 1.0 k non-normalized version
Typical sensitivity0.5 to 1.5 mV/(klux)
Calibration uncertainty< 4%
Operating temperature-20 DegreeC to +60 DegreeC

The LPUVA03 probe measures irradiance (W/m²) defined as the ratio between the radiant flux (W) passing through a surface and the surface area (m²) in the UVA (315 nm…400 nm) spectral range. Thanks to a new type of photodiode, LPUVA03 is blind to visible and infrared light.

Probe calibration is carried out by using a 365 nm line of a Xe-Hg, filtered through a special interferential filter. Measurement is carried out by comparison with the primary standards, assigned to Senseca Metrological Laboratory.

The probe is designed for outdoor readings. Output, according to the chosen configuration, in μV per μW/cm² or 4…20 mA or 0…10 Vdc normalized output or RS485 MODBUS-RTU output.

  • LPUVA03 = μV/(μW/cm²) output
  • LPUVA03BL = μV/(μW/cm²) output + base with levelling device
  • LPUVA03BLAC = output 4…20 mA + base with levelling device
  • LPUVA03BLAV = output 0…10 V + base with levelling device
  • LPUVA03BLS = RS485 MODBUS-RTU output + base with levelling device

Working temperature -20…+60 °C.  M12 male 4-pole (models with analog output) or 8-pole (model with RS485 MODBUS-RTU output) connector.

On request CPM12AA4… (except LPUVA03BLS) or CPM12-8D (only LPUVA03BLS) cable with M12 female connector.

The probe LPPAR03 measures the ratio between the number of photons that strike a surface in one second, in the 400 nm…700 nm spectral range and the surface area (m²). This quantity is defined as PAR: Photo-synthetically Active Radiation.

The probe calibration is carried out by using an halogen lamp, with a known spectral irradiance in a specific spectral range. Temperature slightly affects the probe spectral response.

The probe is designed for outdoor readings. Output, according to the chosen configuration, in μV per μmol m-²s-¹ or 4…20 mA or 0…10 Vdc normalized output or RS485 MODBUS-RTU output.
